In order to be paid what you’re worth, you need to work out how much you feel that is. Then, you need to write it out and stick to it (no low balling yourself on strategy calls).

Here, you’re simply going to create a summary OR a chart of your prices/packages.

What to ask yourself before making your price sheet

  1. Do my prices cover my costs (hours, tools, staff) and allow for me to make a profit?
  2. Do my packages prices still cover my costs and my time?
  3. Do my prices/packages allow for a margin of error on my behalf…if I need to give a client more time to “fix” a misunderstanding? (This is rare but it can happen!)

  • Your package prices meet your bottom line, so be sure that your package prices are truly what you want to be paid!
  • …this means you have to set your “regular” prices higher!
  • Make the discounts (appear) dramatic to encourage longer/bigger commitments!

Your price/packages sheet includes:

  • The amount of time, the ‘term’ of the package (i.e. how long it lasts…3 months, 9 months, etc.)
    • It’s helpful to have TWO levels, no more than two please, as it can get confusing for the prospect/lead.
  • A breakdown of exactly what they’re getting.

See examples below.
