Tip:

FATIGUE. That annoying feeling that gnaws at your energy, making you cringe at the idea of waking up tomorrow to “do it all over again.” It’s a familiar feeling to any of us entrepreneurs who pour our hearts and souls into our businesses, working ourselves to the bone sometimes even at the cost of our health.

There are a lot of ways to address the issue of fatigue, including, but not limited to:

  • going to bed earlier
  • relaxing
  • doing yoga

All of which are all excellent and important, but today’s bang for your buck tip has to do with: MAGNESIUM.

Why?

Because it can help balance important hormones (like cortisol, insulin, thyroid, estrogen, testosterone, progesterone… to name a few) that both keep you up at night and make it impossible to get out of bed in the morning, get you a good night’s sleep (no more counting lambs), and turn this lifestyle-cramping fatigue into boundless energy. Upping it really isn’t that hard, either, and you don’t HAVE to pop it as a pill if you don’t want to.

Adding the following MAGNESIUM RICH foods into your lifestyle on a daily basis can make a HUGE impact on this whole fatigue funk:

  • dark, leafy greens (spinach, kale, collards, Bok Choy…)
  • fish (esp. salmon, halibut, and cod)
  • sunflower seeds
  • organic dark chocolate and cacao

In addition, TAKE A BATH! An Epsom Salt bath, that is. It’s rich in Magnesium, and many believe that absorbing it via the skin is the best way to get it into your system.
